B.Tech in Food Technology is an undergraduate program which is of a total of 4 years duration, divided into 8 semesters. Through this program, the students are provided with a curriculum of the specialized concept of in Food Technology and Engineering with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of in Food Science concept. The various areas of concepts in Food Science which are covered by B.Tech in Food Technology course include Food Packaging, Nutrition Science, Food Manufacturing and Processing, Storage, etc.
Passed 10+2 with at least 45% marks with Physics, Chemistry & One Subject out of Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology.
